Kale is a little 'fun smoke some steaks .... I know ... I know ... who smokes, steaks? I know, and they are great! Never a lack of flavor or moisture. Cut em with a fork. Used my Cajun spice blends and thrown together marinade. Soaked em for about an hour. Then smoked each side for a total of 50 minutes. Then put a direct flame for about 2-4 minutes per side. Great things here.
